Job Description

Position: Temp Operation and Admin Assistant - 6 months Contract Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 + OT Location: West Working Hours / Days: 0830AM - 6.00PM (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Support sales management and back-end administrative support with relevant reporting and analytics i.e. industry volume forecast to ensure optimal units for production.
• Plan, propose and place order all levels of motorcycles options.
• Ensure accuracy of specification sheets as displayed against the bike in showroom including all required governmental and regulation warning.
• Work with sales management team on tactical planning.
• Assist sales manager with year-on-year forecasting and projections.
• Month on month ordering planning and execution.
• Month on month planning and execution on shipping administration matters.
• Plan and execute appropriate models to be ship base on sales campaign.
• Manage and maintaining retail pricelist, COE biddings, and communication with vehicle admin, etc.
• Managing Singapore Customs on matters like product code application, motorcycle specification, etc.
• Eyeball weekly on retail stocks, campaign stocks, and formed appropriate action plans with sales manager.
• Transmitting correct information for sales consultants for retail.
• Maintain internal all stocklist – retail, indent, aging and campaign stocks.
• Ensure all sales related administrative and invoices are process in timely manners.
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Meticulous with a flair for details.
• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
