Report any workplace incidents to client and to the Ministry of Manpower as part of incident reporting under Workplace Safety and Health Act, and Work Injury Compensation Act.
Review the workplace\xe2\x80\x99s Workplace Safety and Health Risk Assessment and Audit.
Manage users\xe2\x80\x99 expectations of the workplace too and liaise with landlord and/or vendors on maintenance works.
Keep track of general inventory stock for any wear and tear.
Assist to review current agreements according to bank\xe2\x80\x99s rules and policy, including renewing of agreements and liaising with respective vendors accordingly.
Manage vendor according to service level and market practice.
Liaise with the users on the status of agreements and update the master listing to ensure that all agreements are all active and up to date.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
Job Requirements
Preferably with banking environment experience.
Good in using Microsoft Office such as Powerpoint & Excel.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in doing administrative work.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to be able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors / customers / staff)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays - 09.00am to 06.00pm
