Job Description
Location : Upper Changi Road NorthPosition Title: Assistant Executive (Offender Administration Projects) x 2Contract period : Immediate - 12mthsWorking hours :Mon - Thurs : 8:30am - 6:00pmFridays : 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Minimum GCE O Levels, To be recommended by agency capped at $2,700.
- Basic computer literacy skills;
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C+, and RPA bot development would be added advantages;
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills;
- Can work independently; and
- Meticulous in performing administrative work.
- Administration of clients incoming / outgoing letters and books, including scanning and sorting of letters / books for distribution
- Manage clients administrative matters
- Explore more efficient methods of processing
