Job Description


The Role

Working location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital
Working hrs: AM / PM duty :- 0800-1600hr (Break: 1 hour) 1000-1900hr (Break: 1 hour) 1200-2100hr (Break: 1 hour) Alternate Saturday duty: 0800-1400hr (No Break)

1. Manage enquiries from external and internal customers on bed availability and reservation matters
2. Prepare daily updates on bed reservation status and
availability
3. Compile, file and maintain records within the unit
4. Raise work orders or reports to ensure reservation equipment are in good condition
5. Review the availability of unoccupied beds in collaboration with nursing units
6. Able to exercise flexibility in allocation of bed bookings to meet the needs of the patients and doctors
7. Perform duties in accordance with hospital\'s policies

4. Report to work as per scheduled
5. Contribute new ideas to enhance workflow or processes
6. Receptive to deployment to meet organization needs

8. Comply with the grooming standards of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum GCE \'N\' Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in clerical duties in an acute hospital setting is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office. Typing ability and computer literacy is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • People-orientated, flexible, adaptable and positive work attitude
