Assist the Condominium Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents / tenants.
Assist new owners/tenants in the application of card access, keys, move in/move out and renovation request.
Coordinate on-site inspection schedule for contractors, MA technicians and/or Property Executive schedule to attend to residents\' service request.
Provide administrative support in the collation of weekly and monthly submissions to HQ TA.
Answeri phones and receive residents request in a professional manner with a positive and helpful attitude.
Sort and distribute mail.
Petty cash management and booking of the estate facilities.
Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenance record and perform general administrative duties.
Requirement:
Proficient in MS Office.
Minimum of \'O\' Level or other relevant certificates.
Relevant working experience in the service industry or residential development.
Candidates from Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management will have an added advantage.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
