Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and project documentation.
Support site teams with permits, manpower records, safety, and compliance documents.
Maintain accurate reports and assist in tracking project progress and resources.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to provide timely updates and support.
Manage inquiries and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Possess a
valid Welder Certificate.
Minimum 10 years' experience
in administration support and customer service, preferably in the construction and process industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
