Job Title: Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant (Construction)


Salary Range: S$ 2,000 - 3,000 / month (depending on experience & duties)


Key Responsibilities:


Greet visitors & clients; manage incoming calls, emails, mail & courier deliveries Maintain clean, professional reception area; manage meeting room bookings Assist with admin tasks: filing, data entry, scanning, office & pantry supplies. Track staff attendance, timesheets, overtime Coordinate with site teams & contractors for deliveries / materials logistics Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years' experience in admin or receptionist role (construction experience is a plus) Diploma / Certificate in Business Admin or any related field preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication, interpersonal skills; well-groomed, organized, able to multitask * Able to work independently; proactive; dependable
