RHB Bank Singapore opens doors to new opportunities. We are expanding regionally and are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to be part of our Human Resource department.
You will be directly reporting to the HR Business Partner, and working with the wider HR team as required.
- Scanning physical p-files
- Maintaining digitized p-files in order
- Co-ordinate scanned files for archive
- Any other Ad Hoc tasks as assigned e.g. reporting
Qualifications
- Min O or N level or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to handle physical documents e.g. P-files
- Ability handle routine and repetitive tasks
- Singaporeans and PR preferred
- Able to start work within short notices or immediately
