Job Description


Advance MHE Services Pte Ltd incorporated on 1st January 2014 from our sole proprietor business (Advance MHE Services) since 17th May 2002 is leading supplier of sales, rental, services and repair in material handling equipment. Specializing in brands include Toyota, Mitsubishi, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Nissan and BT.



*Admin Assistant (5 days work) : * - Issue customer invoices thru MYOB accounting software

  • - Enter supplier purchases thru MYOB accounting software
  • - Maintain internal office database
  • - Handle phone inquiries
  • Admin cum Account Assistant (5 days work) : * - Issue customer invoices thru ABSS accounting software
  • - Enter supplier purchases thru ABSS accounting software
  • - Bank Reconciliation thru ABSS accounting software
  • - Prepare payment voucher for suppliers thru ABSS accounting software
  • - Prepare salary slip and CPF submission
  • - Maintain internal office database
  • - Handle phone inquiries
Requirements :

- Singaporean and PR / Matured and Responsible individual who can works alone
