Job Description

Main task

  • Conduct on time QA on set of documentation for government scheme submission , under product categories refrigeration and hot water
  • Attention to detail and organize personality is highly desired as he or she may need to process a large volume of simple check as a regular survey/QA as the task
  • Experienced in MS office, particular office/excel and good understanding on MS Team/outlook/One drive for team collaboration/communication would be great.
  • This role is more a junior role in admin/technical QA support
Sub task
  • Conduct several phone survey to Australian clients for several simple questions
Personal skills and telephone skills are required. Confidence in picking up the phone and explain the survey content would be great.at the moment approx.. 2-5 calls per week(5-10 mins per call)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
