Handle residents' enquiries, feedback, and maintenance requests.
Prepare and issue circulars, notices, and correspondences to residents.
Assist in maintaining
MCST records
, filing systems, and databases.
Support billing and collection of maintenance fees; follow up on arrears.
Liaise with contractors and vendors on maintenance and service schedules.
Assist in organizing
AGM/EGM meetings
, including registration and minutes taking.
Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Business or related field.
Minimum
1-2 years' experience
in property / MCST administration preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
