We want you!Students are welcomed!Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to our agency consultants- Collating and filing expenses- Designing simple projects- Handling day to day front and back-end agency operations- Support general administrative duties (Scanning and Sorting of Documents)- Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager / executive- Managing calendar and organising meetings and appointments- Reminding the manager / executive of important tasks and deadlines- Managing databases and filing systemsJob Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 15 per weekSalary: $10.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:
