Job Description


The Challenges:

  • Attending to all incoming calls and redirecting them to the respective officer in-charge
  • Receiving and directing visitors, contractors and delivery personnel promptly with adherence to MOH\xe2\x80\x99s advisory
  • Ensuring proper recording of visitors, volunteers and staff movement
  • Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, distributing all incoming, outgoing mails and incoming faxes
  • Ensuring all medical specimens are dispatched in a timely manner on a daily basis, or whenever required
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of office equipment, electronic and hard copy filing system and office telephone system
  • Maintaining and replenishing office supplies
  • Coordinating all room bookings and key movements
  • Supporting Finance department in collection of payment by family members / residents
  • Supporting the office in all administrative matters
  • Undertaking any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer, Senior Manager or Head of Centre
What it Takes:
  • Min "O levels
  • Min 2 years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT-Savvy
