Job Description
- Position : Administrative Assistant / Reception - Up to $2,800 - Serangoon
- Location : Serangoon
- Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday (WFH): 9.00AM to 1.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,800 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (1 additional day yearly, capped at 21 days)
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : Medical
- Responding to enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, etc.
- Scheduling of appointments
- Administrative duties and filing of documents
- Updating of CRM system and other required folders
- Handling of appointments
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
