Roles & Responsibilities
Issue of Purchase Orders and liaising with Suppliers. Submit Suppliers invoices to Accounts for payment.
Liaise with Accounts on Payment matters
Keep up to date of Admin Dept Procedure and OP
Office management and general clerical duties
Manage phone calls and email correspondence
Any other administrative duties that may be assigned.
Working hours/location
5 days work week, 9:00am to 6:00pm, near Toa Payoh MRT
