ABOUT THE ROLE — ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us to perform the following duties:

(1) Storage Management (i) managing the implementation of organisational inventory control procedures and systems; (ii) ensuring inventory records are completed in accordance with organisational inventory control procedures and inventory discrepancies are recorded in accordance with organisational policies and procedures

(2) Maintenance and Space Utilisation Paperwork (i) Monitor and ensure adequate supplies of tools and materials needed to maintain organisation and space standards in the store (ii) report housekeeping and/or store facilities and equipment maintenance non-compliance incidents to management

(3) Inventory Management (i) Ensure inventory records are completed in accordance with organisational (ii) Maintain Inventory tracking and product units

(4) Stock Procedures Management (i) Manage the implementation of organisational stock control procedures and systems (ii) Stocktaking procedures (iii) Ensuring stock records are completed in accordance with organisational stock take control procedures

(5) Store Operations and Inventory Planning (i) Identify storage and organisational best practices and processes (ii) Do up inventory operational plans (iii) Monitor and report status progress to relevant stakeholders for review

(6) Other Administratve Tasks (i) Paperwork relating to the business and company
