Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of office. • Day-to-day general office duties and administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, answering calls, liaising with other departments in preparing and collating information. • Manage inward/outward correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) • Attending to document requests. • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other information systems. • Update and maintain administrative records. • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative tasks and expediting work results as required. • Communicate closely with foreign workers and staff from other departments. • Assist managers in preparation and submission of expense claims. • Other general administrative duties as required. REQUIREMENTS • At least Higher Nitec or O Levels • Preferably with 1 year of experience in administrative work • Demonstrate ability to work as a team • Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality • Detailed and efficient • Computer literate Fast Apply No CV Required Fast Interview via Chat Report Job
