Job Description


  • Performs all general administrative tasks
  • Maintain office stationeries, pantry supplies and aircon maintenance
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Receiving mail and packages from couriers and delivering to proper recipient
  • Coordinate maintenance issues for general repair and servicing
  • Assist in HR duties
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
