Admin Assistant required for a corporate services firm located in Tanjong Pagar Road. Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience as well as education qualifications.
Job scope includes:
Answering phone calls
Sorting and forwarding client mails
Entering of data into client database
Invoicing clients
Assisting with EP application
Drafting of simple documents
Assist with the filing of transactions via government website (i.e. ACRA, MOM, IRAS)
Assisting with other office administrative matters
The ideal candidate:
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able and willing to learn with positive working attitude
Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Must be detail-oriented and meticulous
