Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage phone and email enquiries during working hours.
  • Assist the sales team in handling and forwarding enquiries.
  • Coordinate office administrative office tasks.
  • Support basic administrative HR duties.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks.
  • Provide assistance in other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Min. O Level certification.
  • Min. 1- 2 years experience in indoor sales administration.
  • Good command of the English language. Both spoken and written.
  • Meticulous and service-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 5 working days 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM
