Job Description

Responsibility: As an Administrative Assistant, need responsible oversee and spearhead the full spectrum of Human Resource functions and operations encompassing Recruitment and Selection, Talent Mana Responsibility: As an Administrative Assistant, need responsible oversee and spearhead the full spectrum of Human Resource functions and operations encompassing Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management, Training. Besides that, need manage the supplier database, gather their master price lists to ensure invoices received are based on accurate pricing and do price comparison for supply of items by similar categories. : . Efficient in understanding upcoming trends and news relating to the company . Monitoring, Maintaining and Updating the Inventory Stocks Up-to-Date to report the vendors. . Managing recruitment, interviews and training. . Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements. . Manage the processing of payroll, CPF, compensation and benefits. . Ensure that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and billing policy. . Ensure invoices received are based on accurate pricing and do price comparison for supply of items by similar. . Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. . Reply email, phone call, WhatsApp and issue invoice, cheques. . Liaise with customer, manager the complaint, solve the problem and arrangement the schedule and quotation. . Filing, copying, Sorting mail, answering phones, taking messages and following up with customers. . Ability to work well under pressure. . Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. . Able to work overtime, public holiday or weekend if required Working Location: Sembawang Requirement: . At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position. . Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Power point. . Candidate must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field. . Strong leadership skills and management competencies. . Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills. . Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independent and pressure environment .
