Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Collating of sales orders, preparation of inventory, issuance of invoices/delivery orders, accounts maintenance, etc; Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Ensuring accuracy in receiving and releasing of stocks; Other ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor; Requirements Singaporean At least GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level and above Microsoft Office Skills Preferably with relevant administrative experience Possess positive working attitude Willing to work overtime if requires Always team focused Job Type: Full-time Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month Benefits:
