Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer Phones and WhatsApp Messages and Greet Clients Warmly
  • Assist in Filing and perform Data Entry
  • Design social media posters and captions
  • Help Organize office Activities
  • Restock Supply of Stationery etc
  • Take and Deliver Messages
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Ensure cleanliness of office
Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: Must be very proficient
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Student job
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week Salary: $7.00 - $15.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Flexible hours
  • Holidays

  • Monday to Friday

Education:
  • GCE \'O\' Level or GCE \'N\' Level (Preferred)
