Job Description


Job Scope

  • Update and maintain a the database correctly.
  • Filing and sorting out documents
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Order & manage hardware, office supplies, equipment and project items
  • Completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Assist in HR & Accounts administrative matters.
Requirements
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $1,700.00 - $1,900.00 per month Benefits:
