ILC was established in 2013, is a boutique student care Company, taking care of students from China for their Secondary and Tertiary Education in Singapore.

ILC is committed to help its student to excel in education and also life skills. ILC handles a wide range of student services include school selection, pre-enrolment preparation, enrolment and guardianship, monitoring student progress, arranging short practical workshops, as well as consultation and tuition services.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our current team to delivery of our services and managing the students.

The post holder will have extensive experience of working with students from China, comfortable with student, and liaising with their parents, providing monthly progress report of the student

  • Candidate must possess at least Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Monitoring tutor and student tuition schedule
  • Issuing invoice and monitor payment
  • Applying for student pass on behalf
  • Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
  • Liaising with internal and external parties.
  • Have a passion and patience for working with young adults
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills both English and Chinese (In order to liaise with the English and Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties when required.
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office
