RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Perform Cashier duties
  • Handle call inquiries from customers
  • Do admin paperwork such as invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
  • Manage e-commerce replies
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Positive working attitude in customer service
  • Good team player, mature, independent, initiative, meticulous, proactive
  • "N" Level, \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d Level, Diploma
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
  • Basic knowledge in accounting & accounting software is an advantage
  • Patient & Customer service oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to start work on short notice
  • Willing to learn new things and add value to the company
  • Non-smoker
Employment Type Permanent

Monthly Salary Range (SGD) $1,800 - 2,000 (+ 13th-month bonus with good performance on completion of 1 year with us)
