Administrative Assistant

Working location: Choa Chu Kang Ave 2

Initial Contract Period: 1 Jun 2023 to 31 Dec 2023

Working Pattern: Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Fridays: 7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

Option Period: 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2025

Working Pattern: Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 12.00pm

Job Scope:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Attend to students and parents\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries either from walk-ins or through phone calls.

2. Perform data entry, checking and consolidation of documents.

3. Handle/ manage distribution of documents.

4. Perform simple emailing and faxing of document.

5. Handle general administrative duties to support office operations.

6. Attend to injured or sick students according to School\xe2\x80\x99s Standard Operating Procedure

7. Perform any tasks as assigned by Principal/ Vice-Principals/ Admin Manager

Requirements:

The Candidate shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

\xc2\xb7 Should possess at least an \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent skillset.

\xc2\xb7 Able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Possesses good communication skill and can work well in a team.

\xc2\xb7 Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

Salary : Up to $1,800 (subject to client\xe2\x80\x99s approval)
