Provide administrative duties but not limiting to purchasing and managing of office supplies, ensuring proper documentation and records, administering of tenders, handling the staff onboarding and exiting matters.
Preparing of summons and arrears management.
Involved in working with the team to provide good customer service to the walk-in residents, handling in-bound calls and feedbacks.
Prepare monthly submission reports for reporting purposes.
Any other duties are assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
Possesses a mininum GCE \'O\' Level with at least 1 year of administrative experience with good customer service
Able to work together as a team
Possesses strong MS Office skills
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
