Job Description


  • Provide administrative duties but not limiting to purchasing and managing of office supplies, ensuring proper documentation and records, administering of tenders, handling the staff onboarding and exiting matters.
  • Preparing of summons and arrears management.
  • Involved in working with the team to provide good customer service to the walk-in residents, handling in-bound calls and feedbacks.
  • Prepare monthly submission reports for reporting purposes.
  • Any other duties are assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
  • Possesses a mininum GCE \'O\' Level with at least 1 year of administrative experience with good customer service
  • Able to work together as a team
  • Possesses strong MS Office skills
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
