Role and responsibilities

  • Provide frontline customer services
  • Patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Process invoice and payment collection
  • Maintain patient medical records
  • Perform inventory management
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain good relationship with client

Candidates Requirement

  • Excellent time management
  • Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and independently
  • Able to work 5.5days per week (Alternate Saturday)
