Job Description


  • Take down customer orders via phone or email.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
  • Scan documents, issue invoices and delivery notes
  • Help call customers to remind them to clear all outstanding invoices.
  • General administrations and filing tasks.
  • Preparation of quotation, invoices, credit notes & statement of accounts
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
