About Us

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

• Daily data entry, jobsheet verification, compilation, and submission via the system of the E-Jobsheet
• Keep track of the approval status and status from the operations in charge regarding the daily manpower overtime
• Cross-checking information on project support through official channels of communication, such email, with other departments
• Verify the usage of the external services such as APO, OA, light equipment, etc.
• Prepare and submit the daily draft bill for all Small Pipe Diameter Projects
• Liaise and follow up closely with internal and external parties to ensure works are carried out in accordance with operational requirements
• Provide clerical and administrative operations support
• Assist in the preparation of correspondences and documents
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
• Communication with respective project personnel is required
• Updating paperwork and maintaining documents through electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD

Qualifications

• Minimum "O" level or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Experience in the construction industry will be advantageous)
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Possess a good mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn

• Only Singaporeans
• 5 days work week
• Working location: Sungei Kadut (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
