COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is the Private Equity Firm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering phone calls and interphones for incoming guests
  • Arranging couriers for local and overseas
  • Book hotel accommodation and flight ticket for colleagues
  • Collecting and distributing incoming mails
  • Guest greeting including service of beverages and tidying up meeting room
  • Lialise with building management/ vendors on various office matters
  • Organize various documents (eg. board resolutions, investment agreements)
  • Organize company activities/events
  • Prepare and update out of pocket register and filing invoices together with entertainment application
  • Provide assistance for scheduling meetings for colleagues
  • Purchase of office supplies such as beverages, snacks
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position
  • Able to handle stress and accept multi-tasking and general administrative roles
  • Able to work independently and possess good team spirit
