Job Title Administrative Assistant SummaryAbout the Role:
Assist to keep track and prepare monthly cleaner\xe2\x80\x99s attendance
Write simple minutes during meetings and produce Microsoft charts with excel and word
Assist with recruitment of cleaners and work with HR for onboarding paper works
Ensuring proper filing and storage of related documents (e.g., Service Report, Preventive Maintenance Checklist, Claim summary, Monthly Claim report etc.).
Prepare service sheet , Risk assessments and reports for monthly to ensure timely submission
Prepare Purchase Requisition for approval and liaise with vendor for orders
Carry out contract documentation and preparation for PUB Ops
Administrative support to Operations Executive
Cover reception duties if required, during office hours
Any other duties assigned by the Cleaning manager.
About You:
Nitec cert in any discipline
2 to 3 years of relevant experiences
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
