  • Manage and organize the CISO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CISO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity.
Project Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of information security projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and conference calls, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate information security initiatives.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to information security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to information security.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between the CISO and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Support the CISO in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Assist with training and awareness programs related to information security.
Brand communication :
  • Establish and maintain brand management.
Ideal ProfileQualifications:
  • Basic administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with computers and office applications
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite xe2x80x93 Teams, Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Relevant coursework or projects in project coordination.
