Job Description


A Day in the Life

  • Generate reports for relevant stakeholders
  • Scheduling of meetings
  • Process einvoices or credit notes
  • Submission of eInvoices
  • Stationery and office supplies issuance and replenishment
  • Circulation of documents
  • Monitor office equipment for maintenance
  • Mail handling
  • Processing of ePurchase Orders
  • Maintenance of client list in Oracle ERP system
  • Allocation of project numbers in Oracle ERP system
  • Communication with Finance team on administrative support
  • Internal cost allocation for printing
  • Reception duty
  • Maintenance of Vendor list
  • Monitoring of payments
  • Workplace Safety & Health (OHSAS) documentation
  • Sustainability documentation
  • Checking of GeBiz
  • Data Entry
  • Perform any other adhoc administrative duties
Who We Are Looking For
  • ITE/ Diploma holder
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of software applications i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
