We are expanding and looking for Admin Assistants to assist us in the following tasks: \xc2\xb7 Processing orders submitted by salespersons. \xc2\xb7 Tally pricing before uploading into software, data entry. \xc2\xb7 Keying and filing of invoices. \xc2\xb7 Checking of stocks before the driver is out for delivery. \xc2\xb7 Replying to emails and inquiries via phone calls Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Min GCE \'N\' level or equivalent. Candidates without prior experience but willing to show keen interest and positive learning attitude is welcome to apply, mentorship will be provided.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent full-time employment. No contract employment.
- Must be able to speak Chinese and English as need to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and customers.
- Monday to Friday
