Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Prepare Purchase Order and all delivery notes & invoices from suppliers for payment
  • Maintenance of the office
  • Ensure that co-ordination of the meeting rooms, mails, courier etc. are done in an efficient and orderly manner.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management.

Job Requirements:
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
  • Pro-active to understand the requisition submitted.
  • Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
