Job Description


  • General office administrative works
  • Maintain & update servicing teams’ schedule
  • Liaise with customers and vendors
  • Generate sales quotation
  • Invoice processing & accounts bookkeeping
  • Prepare monthly sales report
  • Handles customer’s request for information & data

Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • At least two (2) years relevant working experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to start work at short notice upon confirmation
  • Experience in maintenance/facility management administrative works will be advantageous
