Job Description

Coordinate and provide travel assistance for team members, leadership, and executives (e.g. visa application, travel claim, travel booking) Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Prepare emails, letters and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite Support SharePoint site setup & maintenance Support rudimentary data compilation Ensure smooth office operations: Provide back-up support to other TPG Administrative Assistants Successful candidates for this position will have:5+ years of experience providing administrative support The proven ability to interact with team members at all levels of the organization to support multiple activities in parallel Reliable attention to detail, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Previous experience developing administrative policies and procedures Strong organization skills Ability to meet defined deadlines Ability to work well with others Ability to work well without direct supervision
