Job description We are looking for organized, professional, and motivated executive-level administrative support for our property manager to help manage a portfolio of properties. The administrative assistant will report to the property manager(s) and perform administrative and organizational duties such as liaising with residents, collecting rent, doing basic bookkeeping, and overseeing facility maintenance. You will also be responsible for tasks such as evaluating applicants and negotiating contracts, and any other task that is needed to ensure excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.To be successful as a property management administrative assistant with RIC, you should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, be professional, Self - Starter, Motivated, and Team Player. An outstanding candidate will also have a talent for business management, distinguished conflict resolution skills, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in property management, accounting, and using buildium property management software.Requirements
