Job Description

We are a licensed Singapore maid agency dedicated to helping families find reliable and well-trained domestic helpers from overseas. As our agency expands, we're looking for a responsible and organised

Admin & Operations Coordinator

to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between office and field work.


Key Responsibilities



Coordinate daily activities with runners (medical check-up, SIP training, airport pick-up & repatriation) Prepare and print

deployment and documentation files

Update status and schedules for helpers' arrival, deployment and repatriation Handle administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing and tracking of documents Communicate with internal team to ensure all processes run smoothly Support basic customer service and office operations when needed

Requirements



Prior experience in

maid agency

or administrative coordination preferred Good communication and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision Team player with positive attitude and sense of responsibility Basic knowledge of MOM processes (WPOL, SIP, medical) is an advantage

Salary & Benefits



Basic Salary:

$2,200 - $3,500

(depending on experience) Working hours: Wed-Sun, 9am-6pm Supportive working environment * Career growth in admin & operations management
