Handle the reception area, visitors and all incoming calls in a helpful and professional manner
Regularly review and update of the phone-list
Handle logistics arrangement eg. courier service, postal arrangements, circulation of newspaper/magazines etc.
Assist to organise the office layout and manage seating plans
Plan, monitor and ensure adequate stock levels for all office supplies, stationery and equipment required for the daily office functions
Regular review of validity dates on all office supplies and services
To obtain maintenance and repair services for the office premises and office equipment
Assist in company events and conferences whenever necessary
Requirements
NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
