Provide administrative support to the department and company.
Coordinate project documents and warranty endorsements.
Update and follow up on project records and client assessment forms.
Monitor monthly materials reports and workers' movement.
Oversee staff and workers' welfare matters, including permit renewals.
Maintain proper filing and general administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum "O" Level with credits in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant admin experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; meticulous and well-organized.
Service-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
