Job Description


Job Tasks

  • Carry out basic bookkeeping and office admin tasks including but not limited to
data creation & entry, uploading, reconciliation
  • Preparing & reporting weekly and monthly performance including but not limited to sales & promotions, store performance metrics, monitoring reports
  • Co-ordinating with outlets but not limited to ordering supplies & services from vendors

Key Abilities
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Good written & Communication Skill
  • Basic knowledge of excel

Experience/Skills
  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • Part qualified accountant / accounting certification useful but not necessary (training will be provided)
  • 2-4 years work experience
