About Our ClientOur client is a real estate logistics company specialising in developing, managing, and investing in high-quality logistics properties across Asia Pacific.You report to the Asset Manager and your responsibilities include:
- Manage administrative tasks for the Property Management team, focusing on procuring contractors and handling Purchase Orders.
- Oversee maintenance contracts, including landscaping and security, and manage service provider disputes.
- Develop programs to reduce utility costs and execute green initiatives.
- Prepare and control the annual property management budget and expenses.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support asset enhancement initiatives and improvement plans with the Asset Management team.
- Coordinate tenant on-boarding, maintain tenancy records, and monitor lease obligations and critical dates.
- Build tenant relationships, handle complaints and lease matters, and ensure lease term adherence.
- Provide administrative support for logistics buildings, including annual tenant surveys.
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services/Real Estate Management/Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Has done administrative work within the logistics/commercial real estate industry.
