Perform a variety of student services duties under the supervision of the Student and Administration Manager.
These duties include timetabling, maintaining student academic and financial records, student inquiries, and pastoral care services.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Manages and maintains all student academic and financial records.
Administers a range of student academic services from enrolment, student pass matters to graduation.
Performs student academic services which include class schedule, issuance of the transcript, and the collection of course fees.
Cultivates good relationships with students and addresses their needs in administration-related matters.
Performs general admin duties.
Requirements: 1. Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in student administration processes. 2. Have a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and meticulousness. 3. Possess good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. 4. Dynamic with a pleasant disposition.
