  • Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters;
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Monitor the cash flow & petty cash and update the Finance Manager periodically.
  • Settlement of monthly bills post approval of assigned HOD / Manager.
  • Processing the joining formalities of a new entrant in coordination with the HR team
  • Keep track of the renewal of all licenses/AMC\xe2\x80\x99s , Employee documents & Certificates.
  • Preparation of attendance sheet & maintenance of a record of Employee\xe2\x80\x99s leave.
  • Flight booking and hotel arrangement for the employee who is on a business trip
  • Maintain budget and purchase supplies for the office; track inventory of office supplies
  • Perform general admin duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and keeping track of office assets.
  • Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
  • organize internal and external events
  • Keeping track of the diving allowance record of all divers for payroll processing
