Job Description


  • Sourcing, evaluation, and procurement.
  • Request and review quotations with suppliers and process orders.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure office and operations run smoothly, including phone inquiries and handling requests professionally.
  • In charge of purchase requisitions and processing orders.
  • Data entry, ensuring the database is up to date.
  • Perform any other assigned projects and duties.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Well-versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be meticulous, resourceful, and able to multi-task in handling tasks.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer machines.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Team player, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
