Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including document management, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and clients.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination, including meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Prepare professional business correspondence, emails, letters, and reports.
  • Support financial administration, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Collaborate with project teams to assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked, manage facilities, and handle maintenance requests.
  • Contribute to continuous learning and professional development by seeking growth opportunities.
Requirements :
  • Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
