Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of whole centre
Ensure working conditions for equipments
Stock Replenishment (stationaries, toiletries, pantry items, cleaning supplies, first aid box, toner etc)
Meeting and event logistics preparation
Onboarding and offboarding of staff
Managing door access, CCTV and phone system
Training
Updating, collating of forms and reports for Centre Head
Data Management
Recording and furnishing data for reporting
Ensuring that assigned cases are given to SWs
Updating of close and open enquiries, intakes and cases
Programmes
Calling beneficiaries or clients to attend programmes/events
Quotation and budget request for all programmes
Inputting of data into SSNET
Preparation of registration list
Procurement (Office Purchases)
Get quotation and put up for budget request to submit to Admin
Upon PR approval, to submit order
Donation-in-Kind (DIK)
Checking and recording of all donated items received on the receipt book and inventory management
Submission to Accounts for checking and verification
Others
Any other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
Requirements
Minimum GCE O Levels with years of working experience/Diploma
Proficient in MS Office
Relevant experience in Office Admin and Human Resource
Good in multi-tasking and documentation
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Takes accountability and possess good mindset, attitude and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and is also a team player
